Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping:

  • We offer shipping within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • While we strive to keep all of our products in stock at all times, some orders may require custom production, which may take up to 2 weeks handling time. If your order requires custom production, we will notify you during the checkout process.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. However, please allow up to 14 days in the event that your order needs to be made fresh. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

 

Returns:

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us by email at lippersjigco@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase to initiate the return process.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment, or provide an exchange, as per your preference.

  • Shipping costs for returns due to defective merchandise will be covered by us.

 

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

 

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
